Returns Policy
If your artwork(s) arrive damaged or are different to what you ordered, you may submit a request for a refund within the following 90 days. You must use our contact form here or send an email to support@manifestedart.com along with your order # and a photo of the issue.
We sell one of a kind artworks made to your specification, therefore, subject to applicable law, Manifested Art will not provide a refund if your dissatisfaction with the order is due to a mistake on your part or because you have changed your mind.
We start working producing the artworks as soon as we receive your order, so unfortunately we are unable to take cancellation requests.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
Pre-Made: Once we receive your order, processing and production time is generally 2 to 3 business days. Then it's just a question of shipping time. Our standard shipping will take only 3 to 5 business days to reach you anywhere in the continental United States or 5 to 7 days if you are in Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Custom Made: Upon receiving your request for a custom made canvas it goes into our review que which takes 24hours before creation starts. During that time we may reach out to you with questions to ensure we fully understand your request. Once we are confident in what is being requested we will proceed to create your artwork which takes 2 to 3 days. Once your artwork is created it takes 1 to 2 days for production and then is ready to be shipped. Our standard shipping will take only 3 to 5 business days to reach you anywhere in the continental United States or 5 to 7 days if you are in Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.
What does Shipping Cost?
In most cases standard shipping is included ( Free to you ). Due to location and/or quantities ordered, there may be an additional shipping cost added to your order at checkout.
Our standard shipping cost when FREE shipping is not being offered is as follows:
Shipping within the United States
$14.95 for the first Canvas and $7.99 for any additional canvases in the same order.
Shipping to Canada
$29.95 for the first Canvas and $14.99 for any additional canvases in the same order.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
