Once your order has been placed, within 24-48 hours we will email you an accurate preview of your canvas for your approval.
We do not accept returns on custom canvases unless the canvas is damaged.
A high-resolution photo is required! We suggest using an image with a file size of at least 2mb. If your image file size is too small or the image itself is SUPER BLURRY it can cause imperfections in the printing process. We do our best to improve the quality of the photo printed, however, if you provide a very low quality image, you can expect low quality results.
Please keep in mind the image may lose a little bit of quality when being expanded onto such a large canvas so do your best to provide the largest resolution possible when selecting your image.
These canvas prints are custom made to order. Creating your canvas and getting it delivered can take 7-10 business days, especially during the holidays. To get the fastest deliver, please make sure you approve the preview we send you as quick as possible.
Note: If you do not respond to the approval email mentioned above within 48 hours of it being sent, and you've already paid for your purchase, we will consider that payment as your approval and proceed with developing your product and shipping it to you. This includes payment program orders.
