How long will it take to get my canvas?
Pre-Made: Once we receive your order, processing and production time is generally 1 to 2 business days. Then it's just a question of shipping time. Our standard shipping will take only 3 to 5 business days to reach you anywhere in the continental United States or 5 to 7 days if you are in Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Custom Made: Upon receiving your request for a custom made canvas it goes into our review que which takes 24hours before creation starts. During that time we may reach out to you with questions to ensure we fully understand your request. Once we are confident in what is being requested we will proceed to create your artwork which takes 2 to 3 days. Once your artwork is created it takes 1 to 2 days for production and then is ready to be shipped. Our standard shipping will take only 3 to 5 business days to reach you anywhere in the continental United States or 5 to 7 days if you are in Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, from time to time. You may be required to enter a promo code at checkout to receive your discount. Please check our home page to see if we are currently running a special.
What sizes do the canvases come in?
We offer a wide variety of standard sizes in portrait, landscape and square
What will appear on the edges of my canvas?
We border all our canvases with a black edging to make the art standout better. We do not stretch the image around the edges as that takes away from the image and on some cases lessons the view of the actual image itself.
How Do You Package Your Canvases?
Canvases come packaged securely in our custom made shipping boxes, designed specifically to cradle your canvas and prevent damage during travel. Your order is shipped as each piece is completed, so it is possible that each item will ship separately. If you have multiple items on the order, they may ship in different boxes on different days.
How will the canvas hold up outdoors?
The unique construction and coating provide superior color gamut and resolution. Canvases are only intended for indoor use, and will resist fading if kept out of direct sunlight.
How do I clean my canvas?
The canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth. If the canvas gets nicked and loses ink in a certain areas it can be touched up with felt-tip markers or paint.
Will my finished canvas look like the image on my computer screen?
Every device screen displays images differently. Unless you have a profiled monitor, it may not display accurate colors. If you have concerns about your art work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What printing technology and canvas do you use?
Each wrap is made with finely textured, artist-grade cotton substrate which helps reproduce your image in outstanding clarity and detail.
For all artwork, high-end inkjet Canon iPF9400 printers are used with Canon 12-color Aqueous. Acid free archival inks are used to print on cotton rags. Cotton rag is with 400gsm standard, natural white color, matte and ultra-smooth.
Premium quality materials are used for canvas, and materials are continually tested to ensure that color will stand the test of time and last as long or longer than any other canvas prints available.
How do I hang my canvas when I get it?
All of our canvases include one or more pieces of hardware sufficient to support the weight of your canvas on any wall. We install sawtooth bracket(s) on the back of your canvas for you, so all you do is hammer your nail(s) into the wall.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
We are required to charge state sales tax in all states except: AK, DE, MT, NH, NM, and OR.
Sales tax is based on the shipping address. If you live in one of the states above, but are shipping to a state that charges sales tax you will be assessed sales tax.
What is Your Return and Exchange Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your canvas, please let us know so that we can work with you to fix the issue. We want to make sure that you LOVE your canvas!
Please note that we sell one of a kind artworks made to your specification, therefore, subject to applicable law, Manifested Art will not provide a refund if your dissatisfaction with the order is due to a mistake on your part or because you have changed your mind.
We start working on producing the artworks as soon as we receive your order, so unfortunately we are unable to take cancellation requests.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Any order that doesn't arrive in perfect condition, either from a flaw in printing or physical damage, will be replaced immediately at no cost or hassle to you. We offer a one-year guarantee on the quality of our canvas materials.
If your artwork(s) arrive damaged or is different than what you ordered, you may submit a request for a refund within the following 90 days.

What if I just don't LOVE my canvas?
If the print you ordered isn't perfect for your space or you are unhappy with the results, we would love the opportunity to work with you on a resolution.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
